NyanGram

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

1. Introduction

BellExpan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of NyanGram and is committed to protecting personal information.

2. Data Storage

App data, including weight records, nicknames, and settings, is stored only locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data will also be deleted.

3. Data We Collect

This app uses the following third-party services.

ServicePurposeData Processed
Google AdMobDisplaying ads, ad delivery and measurementAdvertising identifier (IDFA, when allowed via ATT), device and app information, IP-derived approximate location
Firebase AnalyticsUsage analyticsApp instance identifiers, usage events, device and app information
Firebase CrashlyticsCrash reportingCrash logs, device and app information, app state at time of crash

For collection of the advertising identifier, the app requests your permission on first launch based on Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you do not allow tracking, the app will request ads without your IDFA.

When you upgrade to Pro (paid version), ads are no longer requested and AdMob does not receive ad-related data from your use of the app.

4. Personal Information

We do not require an account, and we do not directly collect identifiers such as your name, email address, or postal address through normal use of the app.

If you choose to contact us through the support form, we may receive the information you submit (such as your email address and the content of your message), and we use that information solely to respond to your inquiry. The form is hosted by Google Forms, and submissions are also subject to Google’s policies.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising and analytics partners listed above may process advertising identifiers, usage events, or device and app information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and crash reporting, as described in their own policies. You can limit such processing through Apple’s ATT prompt and your iOS privacy settings, or by upgrading to Pro to disable advertising.

For users in California: under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), the term “share” can include cross-context behavioral advertising. While we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, you can use the ATT prompt or upgrade to Pro to limit advertising-related processing by our partners.

6. Children’s Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, in support of compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.

Because app data is stored only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights at any time by editing or deleting the data within the app, or by deleting the app from your device. To withdraw consent for advertising tracking, change the App Tracking Transparency setting in iOS, or upgrade to Pro.

For data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics), please refer to the respective service’s privacy policy for the rights and contact channels they provide. For requests directed to BellExpan, please contact us via the support form linked from the Support page; users in the EU/UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as necessary. If changes are made, we will notify users on this page.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions about privacy, please contact us through the Support page.
